When you’re too busy working on your websites or developing your apps, you hardly have enough time to monitor what’s happening with the VPS – whether it is overloading or whether all the processes are running the way they should. With our Optional Managed Services deal, we’ll take care of this instead of you. Your server will be added to a custom–built monitoring software system and if there’s a sign of a trouble, our skilled technical support engineers will be warned straight away.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup of all your hosted content is obligatory – you never know when something could go wrong. And using the Optional Managed Services solution, you can enjoy every week backups of your entire VPS, not just of your data, without you needing to install and configure anything. Furthermore all the backup copies will be retained on a server with e set of RAID–configured hard disks. It means that your data will always be secure, irrespective of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a Linux Virtual Private Server, you have complete freedom to run any kind of script or service on your it. Still, a part of the scripts are more difficult to run and may require some extra setup from you. This is where our Optional Managed Services deal can come in real handy. It includes half an hour of installation & troubleshooting operations – in other words you can literally hire one of our well–trained server admins for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation of any software that you desire. Alternatively have him fix a problem that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Managed Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and it is an add–on with our KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
